Under the auspices and coordination of Ministry of Trade, Turkey and EİB / Aegean Exporters' Associations; As Fevup Brands, we are happy and proud to be among the first E-export Delegation from Turkey to China!
On the first day of the event, we listened to the online/e-export experiences of Turkey's leading brands such as Pasabahce and Anadolu Efes in the Chinese market. We also heard the presentation of the Secretary General of CICCE, the e-commerce regulatory authority of the People's Republic of China. In this presentation, the importance of China's country, category and product-based studies on e-commerce was emphasized. Based on their experiences, they expressed what needs to be done to reduce errors and gain speed.
We had the opportunity to meet TRADE partners or Tmall partners who work with many international brands and make a vertical and horizontal distinction that needs to be worked with when entering and advancing the Chinese market. By taking a closer look at the E-export Consortium model of these companies, we observed how they use China's system as a leverage as a "glocal" company form. We confirmed how accurate the 2019-2024 Türkiye e-export road map is. We observed that the 2024-2028 period will be further improved and the importance of such delegations to achieve the 40 billion dollar e-export target.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Commerce E-export Department, Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM), Aegean Exporters' Associations and China Trade Consultancy for their contributions to the activities of this delegation. We will also share with you the activities between 12-18 May to convey other developments. We plan to physically visit the platform and business partners and conduct detailed inspections.
